Chaque ligne représente une tranche de subvention versée en 2024.

Exemple : une même subvention versée en trois tranches correspondra à

trois lignes dans le tableau.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="font-family: sans-serif; margin-bottom: 7.5pt; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-size: 10.5pt;">Les <span style="font-weight: bolder;">montants négatifs</span> correspondent à des remboursements de bénéficiaires. Pour l'<span style="font-weight: bolder;">ONE</span>,

il s'agit principalement de récupérations de subsides d’années

antérieures, ainsi que, pour les crèches, de rétrocessions (= des

montant perçus sur la PFP - participation financière parentale -

en raison de leur nombre important. Ce champ ne montre que les 100

ne signifie pas que la subvention n’existe pas. L’information figure

dans le tableau principal, au sein duquel vous pouvez isoler différentes

décret liste l’ensemble des informations liées aux subventions

octroyées en Communauté française et qui doivent être communiquées dans

un rapport, comprenant l’ensemble des subventions octroyées entre le 1</span><sup style="font-size: 10.5px;"><span style="font-size: 8pt;">er</span></sup><span style="font-size: 10.5pt;"> janvier

et le 31 décembre de l’année précédente, qui sera transmis au Parlement

à la date du 15 juin de l’année en cours. Le cadastre est mis en ligne

en <i>open data</i> sur le portail</span><span style="font-size: 10.5pt; color: navy;"> </span><span style="font-size: 10.5pt;"><a href=" http://www.odwb.be/">www.odwb.be</a> dans les 15 jours calendrier de la transmission au Parlement du rapport.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="font-family: sans-serif; margin-bottom: 6pt; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-size: 10.5pt;">Le cadastre des subventions s’inscrit dans une<span style="font-weight: bolder;"> </span>volonté d’<span style="font-weight: bolder;">assurer

la transparence dans l’octroi des subventions versées par toutes les

instances subsidiantes dépendant de la Fédération Wallonie-Bruxelles</span> :

le Gouvernement, les Ministres, les services de l'Administration, en ce

compris les services administratifs à comptabilité autonome (SACA) et

les personnes morales de droit public créées par la Communauté française

ou dépendant d’elle, en ce compris les structures juridiques nées au

sein de ces dernières, lorsqu’elles octroient, sur leur propre budget,

des subventions financées en tout ou en partie par des ressources mises à
